Confirmed: You’re Going to Play Fallout 4 Forever
The big wait for Bethesda’s next, Fallout 4, just got a lot more enticing for those newer gamers worried about not getting their ever so coveted value. Not only has it been confirmed that gameplay can continue on once the main story is completed, but also there’s about 400 hours of estimated game time.
This latest claim, is that there are over 111,000 lines of dialogue. Which is, apparently, greater than Fallout 3 and The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim combined. Both of which were incredibly long and complex games, so one would imagine that 111,000 lines of dialogue would make it even more complex than ever.
Another game that’s already been released to also consider when thinking of lines of dialogue is Grand Theft Auto V, which totes about 160,000 lines of dialogue. So, on one hand, you’re exploring the Wasteland after nuclear fallout, and in the other, you’re in a big city with millions of NPCs.
One thing’s for sure, I’ll be playing this game for a long, long time, and with the gradual addition of mods, there will be an endless amounts of gameplay.
